Duties of seller

• Place the goods at the disposal of the buyer at the named frontier
• Procure a document which enables the buyer to take delivery of the goods at the frontier or help the buyer procure a through-freight document
• Clear the goods for export

Duties of buyer

• Take delivery of the goods and take over continued transport at the named frontier
• Clear the goods for import

Documents required:

• Commercial invoice
• Proof of delivery (possibly through document of transport)

Additional documents:

• Documents needed for import or transit clearance
