Duties of seller

• Place the goods at the disposal of the buyer on the quay (wharf) at the named port of destination
• Procure the documents which will enable the buyer to take delivery of the goods from the quay (bill of lading, delivery order)
• Clear the goods for export

Duties of buyer

• Take delivery of the goods from the quay at the port of destination
• Clear the goods for import
