Duties of seller

• Place goods at disposal of buyer on board the ship at the named port of destination
• Procure documents which will enable the buyer to take over the goods from the ship (bill of lading, delivery order)
• Clear the goods for export

Duties of buyer

• Take over the goods from the ship at the port of destination
• Clear the goods for import
